My heart goes out to everyone affected by this disaster.

Donate to the Red Cross Foundation by
Visiting their site: [link]
Calling 1-800-RED CROSS
Texting REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10 (Note, this will be charged to your monthly phone bill)
Buying & Selling on eBay [link] through their donations programs! (Donations range from 10-100% of final selling price)

Charity Navigator: [link]
If you want to donate to Japan through additional or other charities, you can find a charity to your liking at Charity Navigator.

Lady Gaga has designed a wristband to show support for Japan. Each wristband is only $5 (shipping, for me, was around $4) and all proceeds go directly to Japan relief efforts. In addition, you can also donate additionally when you buy. She has raised over a quarter million dollars in 48 hours.

Bungie has also made a wristband in turquoise! Same price ($5, with cheaper shipping $1.50) and all proceeds go to Red Cross.

Paper Cranes for Japan. All you need is a piece of paper, a little bit of folding skills, and a way to mail your paper crane! Bezos Family Foundation will donate $2 to Architecture for Humanity in support of Japanese rebuilding effort for every paper crane.

You can find a breakdown of charities at what they do with their money at Charity Navigator [link]

American Red Cross does use over 90% of their earnings on helping emergency situations. However, if you feel uncomfortable and don't want to donate to them but do want to donate, there are dozens of others you can find on Charity Navigator. Of course, all charities do have some expenses so 100% donation is hard to do unless you physically go to Japan and hand out supplies.
Thanks for commenting, hope you find a solution (:

this is way cool! Good job! Pray for Japan! And, to those who think that this is another natural disaster, it may be, but about 10,000 people have died. I think it's normal to pray for a country that has lost that many!
